We are so pleased with how we have been treated by your employees. Bobbie made a clear effort to ensure that we were not overcharged. She is also the first person in our 8-year history that got our name correct right from the start (black 2 blond instead of black to blond). Les and Steven were clearly experienced in anticipating problems and resolving unusual situations. They were very accommodating when we needed to interrupt their work because we needed hot water for our clients. When faced with a difficulty they chuckled and attacked the problem rather than whining about how nothing is easy. When their work was done, they left the place spotless. You are our new plumbing company!

Late Friday night on April 30th 2011 I got a phone call from a resident regarding a water leak. I called Lambert Plumbing's emergency line while I was on my way to check it out. I got to the apartment in 8 minutes, the plumber Steven arrived 24 minutes after my call. Steven opened the ceiling immediately, found the pinholes and clamped them. Also, I had left a fan in front of the apartment for Steven and he managed to put it under the wet area and ran it to dry the apartment's ceiling for the next 72 hours.

Steven is always doing more than his duties require. He is helping a lot by taking additional responsibilities and initiatives. Steven is always hardworking and reliable. This is not the first time that Steven has come to help us in a fast and absolutely professional manner.

Bobbie, I would like to express my appreciation and thankfulness to Steven.

Carol from North Vancouver called to say how happy she is with the services Lambert Plumbing and Heating provided her, both the office and the technicians (Les, Chris and Steven). She's moving and she plans on referring us to all of her new neighbors in the strata.

Our caretaker Deo was quite surprised that Jace could work alone without calling another plumber; did not spend time standing around; and focused on his work instead of texting or talking on the phone. Deo had a grin on his face when he told me that his guy Jace knows how to work!
