As a long time customer of Lambert Plumbing & Heating, Ltd, I'd like to say their service has always been excellent. The staff is considerate, polite and efficient starting with the first contact and voice you hear on the telephone. Information about address, nature of problem etc. are noted quickly and accurately and a realistic time for appointment is made. That appointment is KEPT and a clean truck and uniformed Plumber arrives on your doorstep. Those I have met have been friendly, personable and efficient.My most recent call was for a repair of leaking pipes in the ceiling. Ryan came, surveyed and completed work in jig time. Clean-up done and cost was fair and reasonable. Hurray for good work and nice people.

We are so pleased with how we have been treated by your employees. Bobbie made a clear effort to ensure that we were not overcharged. She is also the first person in our 8-year history that got our name correct right from the start (black 2 blond instead of black to blond). Les and Steven were clearly experienced in anticipating problems and resolving unusual situations. They were very accommodating when we needed to interrupt their work because we needed hot water for our clients. When faced with a difficulty they chuckled and attacked the problem rather than whining about how nothing is easy. When their work was done, they left the place spotless. You are our new plumbing company!

Steven is always doing more than his duties require. He is helping a lot by taking additional responsibilities and initiatives. Steven is always hardworking and reliable. This is not the first time that Steven has come to help us in a fast and absolutely professional manner.

We wrote to highly commend Lambert Plumbing and Heating Ltd for their excellent service at our home this week. The work we requested included fixing a problem we had discovered which had been caused (and left undisclosed) by another company. The work was completed exactly as per agreement, on-time, without mess, and we feel represented very good valve for money. The work was done by Service Technician, Les Van Ness, who was fully competent and completed the work and clean-up in a thoroughly professional manner. He has our highest recommendation.
